We’ll begin by creating a unifying theme and choose appropriate wines to sample. Pick your favorite domestic or international region, appellation, varietal or alternative topic.
Wine Guy Bob will then design a unique wine list for your tasting, providing historical, cultural and environmental background information that is vital to full appreciation. He’ll include vintage data, production, tasting notes and, ultimately, pricing. Everything necessary for a very informative tasting.
