Wine Guy Bob is not a caterer. He serves as speaker, impresario, and teacher ensuring your guests have a great time. He will be happy to offer his expertise to planning your event, working cooperatively with your catering firm.
Wine Guy Bob will create a unifying theme for your event, specifying the wine list. If you wish he will use his purchasing power to save you money. He will also deliver your wine to the event at no extra charge.
All tastings feature five or six samplings subject to your requirements. Bob will work within your budget.
The bottom line; a Wine Guy Bob tasting is an event that you – and your guests – will remember fondly!
PRICING:
- Bob’s Fees for Private Events: (exclusive to the cost of wine and other services).
- The average event requires three (3) hours at location and five (5) hours of preparation.
- 10 – 50 guests: $1000, plus travel at $100 per hour round trip
- 51 – 100 guests: $1500, plus travel at $100 per hour round trip
- 101 – 200 guests: $2000, plus travel at $100 per hour round trip
- 201 + guests: $3000 minimum
- Travel in excess of 2 hours requires overnight lodging charge of $250.
