Wine Guy Bob can provide private classes for individuals, couples or groups.
We begin by discerning your current base of knowledge and build from there. We cover all the basics including grape varieties, flavor profiles and national and world regions. You’ll learn how to identify flavors, scents and body types. When complete you’ll be matching wine with food, season and social occasions. We’ll teach you how to buy, store, serve and sip. We’ll even alert you to the current wine trends and suggest methods to ensure savvy purchasing.
Our classes are both educational and recreational.
